Bio-Aromatic Garden of Ourika
Located just 30 kilometers from the hectic souks of Marrakech lies a hidden paradise that stimulates all your senses: the Jardin Bio-aromatique de l’Ourika by Nectarome.

What makes this garden so special is the philosophy behind it. In 1997, this project was launched by three experts (including a pharmacist and a phytotherapist) to preserve Moroccan knowledge of medicinal plants. It is Morocco’s very first organic garden, home to more than 50 different species of aromatic and medicinal plants.
As you wander along the winding paths, you will learn how these plants are transformed into the luxury oils and skincare products that have made Nectarome world-famous.
A visit to the garden is more than just a stroll; it is an interactive experience:
- Sensory Tour: Smell the leaves, taste the herbs, and learn about the natural healing powers of nature.

Opening Hours & Access
The garden welcomes visitors all year round. Spring (March to May) is the most beautiful time to visit, as many plants are in full bloom.

- Shop: There is a beautiful boutique on-site where you can buy authentic Nectarome products (such as their famous Argan oil and honey) directly from the source.
